    1. Assist the President in formulating and implementing the overall strategy and business plan, achieving the company's business management goals and development goals, responsible for the human resources work of the entire headquarters, organizing the establishment of the company's strategic human resources management system, and providing expert opinions for major personnel decisions;

    2. Accept the authorization of the President and act as the President's representative when the President is away;

    3. Participate in decision-making on major financial, personnel, and business issues of the company;

    4. Develop organizational structure and management system, relevant management, business norms and systems;

    5. Comprehensively plan human resource strategies and supervise the implementation of human resource strategies by subordinate departments;

    6. Establish and improve a human resource management system, research and design human resource management models (including comprehensive construction of recruitment, performance, training, compensation, and employee development systems), and develop and improve human resource management systems;

    7. Guide administrative management work, supervise the implementation of administrative logistics work, and ensure good logistics services;

    8. Undertake information exchange between the President and various subordinate departments, guide the construction of employee teams in subordinate departments, select, equip, and evaluate subordinate personnel;

    9. Assist the CEO in promoting the construction of the company's corporate culture;

    10. Complete the tasks temporarily assigned by the president.
  • 工作介绍:
    1. Bachelor's degree or above in Enterprise Management, Business Administration, Administration, or related fields;

    2. Knowledge and experience in leadership development, strategic management, organizational change management, human resource management, economic law, financial management, etc;

    3. More than 8 years of work experience, 5 years of comprehensive management experience in enterprises, and 3 years of senior management experience;

    4. Familiar with enterprise business and processes, with strong leadership skills and talents in team management;

    5. Familiar with the comprehensive operation of the enterprise, possessing advanced management concepts and strong strategic formulation and implementation capabilities;

    6. Proficient in using office software, computers, general office equipment (telephones, fax machines, printers, Internet/Intranet networks), transportation and communication equipment;

    7. Rigorous planning and organizational skills, as well as personnel management and communication skills, as well as business negotiation skills;

    8. Good professionalism and professional ethics, strong charisma and cohesion, strong sense of responsibility and dedication;

    9. Experience in video remote management, familiar with system integration business, internet company operations, and new media business is preferred.
